The School Board and Foundation Board are committed to making Catholic Education affordable for all families. The tuition charged is significantly less than the cost per student. In addition, the foundation and the school both allocate a variety of scholarship opportunities for families in addition to the subsidy between cost to educate and tuition.
It is important that families apply to the outside scholarship organizations first if they qualify in order to allow the school to assist as many families as possible.
If your family income is less than 150% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines ($46,800 for a family of four) you should apply first for an Educational Savings Account which will more than cover the cost of tuition. Information and Applications are available here.
Pre-Applications Open January 1 and since this is a first come first served process, please register immediately if you qualify. The second phase of the application will open in April. The school will be happy to assist any families in applying.
Families whose income is less than 350% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines ($109,200 for a family of four), may apply to the ACE Scholarship Program. The application will open February 15, and the deadline is April 15. For more information on the program, click here. You must have your 2024 taxes completed if you are applying for the first time. The link to the application page is here.
Families who received an ACE scholarship last year must reapply but do not need to submit any income documentation.
There is a $35 application fee for the ACE scholarship program. If you need assistance with this fee, please contact the school.
For assistance with the ACE Scholarship application, you can watch this video or read this step by step guide.
Any family who requires additional financial aid above the ESA and ACE scholarships ($2,000) should also apply to the school. Applications are currently open and the deadline to apply is March 1.
Families may apply here. You may create a new account or use your Community One Sign-On to log in. Families must submit at least their 2023 tax returns but may also submit their 2024 tax return documentation.
There is a $60 fee for the financial aid application. The school has fee waivers and there is a means test fee waiver from the company. If you need assistance with this fee, please contact the school so that we may apply the fee waiver for you.
There is a Foundation Scholarship (The Schwartz Scholarship) that has a separate application. This scholarship is for middle school students and information will be given to the students and then shared with their families.
Decisions will be made by April 1 for school financial assistance and credited to tuition agreements. For those who should qualify for ESA and ACE, it will be assumed that you will receive those scholarships. If you do not, a reconsideration will be made once those decisions have been shared by those institutions with families.
