Monica Costalez

Nursery Lead
I began my journey with St. Anthonys in 2019. I currently work in the Nursery as an Infant Lead. I am married to Terence, and together we have a son. As a family, we enjoy spending time together with extended family members, playing games, and enjoying meals together. I delight in sharing a bond of loving God with the school community and teaching prayers to the babies.

This is my 2nd year at St. Anthony's and I am currently the Toddler Teacher. My daughter, Noelle, is in the 3rd grade here and we are so grateful to be a part of this community! I am originally from Maryland and Casper has been my home for 4 years now. In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors.

I am a Nursery Assistant working with the infants. I grew up in Casper and attended St. Anthony’s School for a few years. I later moved to South Dakota, where I graduated from high school. Shortly after graduating I moved back to Casper and am grateful to be part of the St. Anthony's community again. I love working with the babies and having the opportunity to be part of their early growth and learning. I have a passion for photography and love spending my free time traveling, hiking, being with family and friends, and playing or watching sports.

This is my 5th year teaching Preschool at St. Anthony's! I have three children Sawyer and Lyla who both attend school at St. Anthony's and Holland who was born in March. I have three dogs Anna, Luna, and Mae and a cat named Rascal. I am very competitive; my family and I love sports. Two of my favorite sports are basketball and volleyball. I coach the middle school boys' and girls' basketball teams. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, watching my children participating in sports/activities, and traveling together.

My profession has been teaching for 30 years. I have three children and six grandchildren . I am from Miami, Florida. I moved to wyoming in 2022. I enjoy my family, antiques, reading and exercise . I am honored to be a part of the St Anthony’s school community. But the most important thing to me is my relationship with my Lord Jesus Christ.

As I begin year three teaching first grade at St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School, I embrace the opportunity to engage children to deepen their understanding of Christ and our faith through as many new experiences as possible. I am married to Bernie and together we have three grown daughters, and one adorable grandson. Our family loves the beach, traveling, hockey, card games and any other adventure we can find. I love to read, crochet, hike, swim, bike and be outdoors when possible!

I feel so fortunate to have spent the past 30 years teaching first grade at this wonderful school. It has been a joy to watch young learners grow, discover new things, and build a love of learning throughout the years. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy walking and hiking. My greatest joy, however, is my family, especially my four granddaughters, who make life extra special.

I am currently a 2nd Grade teacher at St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School. I’m blessed beyond measure to have the opportunity to incorporate my faith in Jesus every day as I teach. I have five nephews and three nieces and they are my world. My favorite place in the world (outside of Church) is my yurt on Casper, Mountain and it's even better when my dog is there with me. Go Broncos!

I can't wait for a year full of learning, laughter and making wonderful memories together!

Teaching is truly my passion, and I love sharing my faith, laughter, and love of learning with my students. Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, our two children, and our three very large, lovable dogs!

I am so blessed to be teaching 4th grade again at St. Anthony's Tri-Parish! This is my 2nd year at our school, and my 27th year in education. I just love being a teacher and sharing the love of Jesus with our students. I have two beautiful grown daughters, a lively and adorable granddaughter, and a grandson on the way! My husband, Deacon Mike, and I love spending time with family and working out on our container home at the Leman Livestock Ranch. I enjoy reading, gardening, sports, and traveling, and being a gramma!

Middle School History and Math
Over the past 25 years, I have taught children from preschool up through college, in the areas of Math, Science, Language, Psychology and now, History. I have an absolute love of learning and strive to instill that love in the students I teach. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to teach in a school that not only challenges students academically, but also develops a relationship with God. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family.

Middle School Math/Religion
My hope is that all people will come to know and love God and become who He created them to be. I am grateful for daily opportunities witness this transformation in the lives of our students. I began teaching math at St. Anthony’s in 2018. I earned degrees in engineering and education from CSU and BHSU. I am blessed to be married to an amazing lady and the father of two young children. Outside of school, I prioritize time with the Lord, making memories with my family, and recreating outdoors.

Mr. Novotny is a dedicated educator and former fish biologist from Wyoming. A graduate of Natrona County High School, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology Management and a Post-Baccalaureate in Secondary Science Education. In his sixth year at St. Anthony's Tri-Parish Catholic School, he teaches middle school science and emphasizes hands-on learning. An avid outdoorsman, exploring Wyoming with his family, inspiring students to become responsible stewards of nature.

I have been teaching for 27 years, 25 years at St. Anthony's.  I have been married to Jason Best for 21 years.  We also own a cleaning business. I am born and raised here in Casper Wyoming.  I have 3 kids... Kayden (26), Jordan (19) and Joslyn (14).  I also have 2 Grandchildren (Ella and Kolby).  I enjoy going to movies, crafting, vacationing with family and golfing.  I spend most of my time traveling for my daughter's sports.

I'm absolutely thrilled to be teaching art at St. Anthony's Tri-Parish Catholic School. I love being creative and inspiring others, especially in a Christ-Centered classroom. I enjoy spending time with my family which consists of my husband Leroy, and my two daughters Miranda and Madison. I have over 15 years of teaching experience, and I love the unique opportunity to teach what I enjoy, art as well as the beautiful Catholic faith.

This is my fourth year teaching at St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School.  This year, I am teaching Middle School Religion, Elementary Latin, and Library.  I enjoy being a part of this wonderful community, and I feel so fortunate to be answering God's call to service in this way.  I love spending my free time with my four children and my husband, Neil. We enjoy reading, playing together, and exploring the outdoors.

I am Osmeli Russian from Venezuela. I was hired as a Spanish teacher at SAS in 2004, but before, I was a clinical psychologist, specializing in criminology and learning processes. This school year is my 20th anniversary as an educator. "Mrs. Señora" is what some students call me, repeating my title in two languages! This has been an extraordinary opportunity to serve in this special calling, recognizing that the ultimate goal in serving God is finding good in every culture.

Title I Tutor
This will be my 10th year as the Language Arts & Math Tutor! I LOVE being able to provide extra support to any student in our school who needs it! Seeing a child grow in ability and confidence is the best part of my job! SAS is a special place to our family! My oldest daughter is an SAS alum and we have a daughter in 8th grade, a son in 5th and a son in 1st. I most enjoy watching my kids’ activities, traveling, attending concerts and sporting events and running or hiking.

The Lord works in wonderful ways! I'm very blessed and excited to return to St. Anthony's as principal. I attended St. Anthony's from 2nd-8th grade, taught Theology in the Middle School for 9 years, and I simply love the mission of this place. I can't wait to see where the Lord takes us next! I love to spend time with my family, garden, hunt, fish, and watch sports. God is good!

As the Business Manager, I will be performing a myriad of administrative task while also putting my handyman skills to good use looking after the Building & Grounds. I received a Bachelors degree from Wyoming Catholic College and a Master in Business from University of Wyoming. My hobbies are woodworking, flyfishing, hunting and, cooking. My wife (Janelle) and I happy to be bringing our family into this Catholic community, making friends, and doing our part to further His kingdom.

Christy earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in 2007. She brings extensive experience supporting children and families across adoption services, mental health, addiction, criminal justice, and human services. Christy is grateful to be part of St. Anthony’s Tri-Parish School and looks forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to foster growth, support well-being, and help every child thrive.

Outside of school we love playing and watching sports, taking road trips, exploring new places, and making memories together. In my free time, I also enjoy running my embroidery business!

I praise God and am so excited to be back at St. Anthony's as the Kitchen Manager. I was the Assistant Kitchen Manager and 5th-8th girls' basketball coach for five years over nine years ago.  I have a deep love for food and cooking.  I am excited to share that love with the kids and staff here at St. Anthony's. I hope to bring a fun and relaxed atmosphere reflecting Christian standards to the lunch room. My goal is to provide fresh home-cooked meals to help nourish the bodies of our students. I am Mary Kubichek and 2026 is my 52nd year of teaching, which includes graduate schools, universities, 30 years at Casper College, high schools, 25 years of Mock Trial at SAS and we are in our 4th year of Competitive Forensics. Our students compete in Debate and Interp. We are the only Catholic School with a competitive team. I am so proud of the critical thinking, public speaking and sportsmanship skills our kids are mastering. I am grateful for the sparkle my debaters bring to my day and the inclusion of the SAS community.

Executive Director
Courtney Ladenburger has been a part of the St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School family as parent, volunteer, and supporter for 15 years and since 2015 has worked for St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School Foundation. Courtney enjoys connecting with community members, SAS alumni, and parishioners who support the mission of St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School. As Our Lady of Fatima parishioners, Courtney and her husband Bret have greatly enjoyed being a part of Casper’s Tri-Parish community and strongly believe in the value of Catholic Education. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys camping, hiking, gardening and watching the performing events of daughters Megan and Sarah.

A Casper native, Anne graduated from NCHS before attending the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Anne has 3 children with her husband Ben attending St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School and is so thankful for the opportunity to be at the school, calling her position here her "dream job!" As the Stewardship & Events Coordinator for the St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School Foundation she plans and organizes the execution of our school's large fundraisers, including Partners In Education (PIE), The Archangel Amble Scramble and The Scholarship Classic Golf Tournament. Outside of school life, Anne and her family can be found camping and traveling as often as possible!
